To play the game:

  • The entry screen displays the game’s features.
  • Press the ► button to start the game.
  • This game is played with no paylines.
  • Wins are achieved when 5 or more matching symbols land on adjacent symbol positions horizontally and/or vertically.
  • To open bet settings, press the BET button.
  • Select your total bet in the drop-down menu and press Confirm.
  • Press TURBO to activate Turbo Mode. This will skip some win animations and sounds. Pressing the TURBO again ends the Turbo Mode session.
  • Press the SPIN button to spin the reels with the current bet.
  • During the reel spin, the SPIN button changes into ■. Pressing ■ ends the spin animation and immediately displays the spin result.
  • In the case of a winning spin, the WIN field displays the accumulating winnings.
  • Wins are calculated according to the paytable.

Autoplay:

  • The reels are spun automatically in autoplay.
  • To display the list of options, hold the spin button, and then select the number of spins to be played automatically.
  • Autoplay can also be set to UNTIL FEATURE, which will spin the reels until the Free Games feature is triggered or you do not have sufficient funds for the next spin.
  • During autoplay, the number of remaining spins is displayed.
  • Autoplay ends when:
    • The reels have spun the number of times specified.
    • You do not have sufficient funds for the next spin.
    • A feature has been triggered.
  • You can end autoplay by pressing ■.

Paytable:

  • To open the paytable, press i.
  • To navigate the paytable, scroll up or down, or swipe the screen.
  • To close the reference pages and return to the game, press the back-arrow button.

Maximum win limit:

  • The maximum win in the game has an upper limit. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions.

Wild Symbol:

  • The symbol with the word ‘WILD’ on it is the WILD symbol in the game.
  • The WILD symbol can substitute for all symbols, except the SCATTER and Dog symbols.

Scatter Symbol:

  • The symbol with a collar and a dangling bone is the SCATTER symbol in the game.
  • 3 SCATTER symbols in any position trigger the Free Games feature.
  • A maximum of 3 SCATTER symbols can land on the reels on each spin.

Dog Symbols:

  • There are four Dog symbols that can land in the main game and during Free Games:
    • The Dog with the red background is Ares.
    • The Dog with the purple background is Hermes.
    • The Dog with the green background is Artemis.
    • The Dog with the blue background is Poseidon.
  • When Ares lands, the grid will grow by 1 row and 1 reel. Once the grid has grown, Ares will transform into a WILD symbol.
    • Note: The maximum size the grid can grow to is 10x10. At this point, Ares can still land but will not grow the reels and instead transform into a WILD straightaway.
    • The grid will reset to 7x7 after all winning combinations have exploded in the main game. In Free Games, the grid will reset to 7x7 after the feature is over.
  • When Hermes lands, it will travel through the grid dropping multiple WILD symbols in random positions. Once Hermes has dropped all WILD symbols, it will return to the original landing position and should there be any resulting wins, Hermes will explode with the winning symbols.
    • Note:Hermes can drop between 3 and 10 WILD symbols onto the grid. It cannot drop WILD symbols on positions already occupied by WILD or SCATTER symbols.
  • When Artemis lands, it will choose up to 3 different symbol types to transform into a selected symbol type. After all symbols have been transformed, should there be any resulting wins, Artemis will explode with the winning symbols.
    • Note: The selected symbol type is always either the winning symbol in a winning combination, or - if there are multiple winning combinations on the grid - the highest paying symbol among them. If there are no winning combinations, the symbol is chosen at random. Artemis cannot pick a SCATTER symbol for this role.
  • When Poseidon lands, it will cause a respin with all winning clusters, WILD and SCATTER symbols staying in place and all non-winning symbols being replaced. If new clusters are added, existing clusters grow in size and another respin is awarded. Should there be any resulting wins, Poseidon will explode with the winning symbols.
  • At any time, only one Dog symbol of each type can appear on the reels.

Cascade Feature:

  • In Age of the Dogs™ a single spin can bring multiple wins.
  • When 5 or more of the same symbols are connected vertically or horizontally, a win is triggered.
  • All the symbols that participate in winning combinations following a spin will explode after the wins have been calculated. The symbols above the exploded symbols will then drop down and form new symbol combinations.
  • The reels will keep collapsing in this fashion for as long as new winning combinations are formed.
  • The Cascade Feature is active both during the main game and the Free Games feature.

Free Games Feature:

  • When 3 SCATTER symbols land simultaneously anywhere on the reels, the Free Games feature is triggered.
  • When Free Games are won, you will be presented with 5 different options to choose from.
  • Each option awards a different number of Free Games and Dogs per spin:
    • 10 Free Games + 1 Dog.
    • 5 Free Games + 2 Dogs.
    • 3 Free Games + 3 Dogs.
    • 1 Free Game + 4 Dogs.
    • Mystery option: awards a random number of Free Games and Dogs from the other available options.
  • Landing 3 SCATTER symbols within the same spin during Free Games awards additional Free Games, with the number depending on the option selected at the start of the feature:
    • If you chose 10 Free Games initially, you get 5 more.
    • If you chose 5 Free Games initially, you get 3 more.
    • If you chose 3 Free Games initially, you get 2 more.
    • If you chose 1 Free Game initially, you get 1 more.
  • Note: During the retrigger, the number of awarded Dog symbols stays the same as in the option that you selected at the start of the feature.
  • Free Games can be retriggered indefinitely.
  • Press the ► button to return to the main game.

BARKING BETS:

  • In the main game, you can activate the Extra Bet mode.
  • Press the BARKING BETS button to enable the Extra Bet mode.
  • Pressing the BARKING BETS button in the game will open up a menu with 3 separate options:
    • More Chance of Landing Dogs: it will increase the likelihood of landing Dogs and add 20% to your original bet.
    • More Chance of Free Games: it will increase the likelihood of triggering Free Games and add 20% to your original bet.
    • More Chance of Landing Dogs & Free Games: it will increase the likelihood of landing Dogs and getting into Free Games, and add 200% to your original bet.
  • Enabling Extra Bet does not change the payouts.
  • Press BARKING BETS to toggle the mode on and off.

BUY FEATURE:

  • BUY FEATURE is an optional way to manually trigger the Free Games.
  • The BUY FEATURE button will be disabled when the Extra Bet Mode is active.
  • Pressing the BUY FEATURE button in the game will open up a menu with 5 separate options.
  • These options are the same as those available when Free Games are triggered in the main game.
  • All options cost the same amount to buy.
  • The feature price depends on the bet amount.
  • BUY FEATURE costs 100 times your total bet.
  • The feature price is displayed in the BUY FEATURE menu.
  • Press - or + to choose the feature price.
  • Note: The + button may be disabled if the feature price is exceeded.
  • If you do not want to buy the feature, press the Χ button.

Note on disconnections:

  • If you are disconnected from the internet during:
    • A spin, the reels will display the result after you reconnect and any winnings will be added to your balance.
    • A bonus feature or the triggering spin, you will be automatically directed to the feature after you reconnect.
    • Autoplay, the spin will be automatically completed, but further spins will not automatically commence.
  • To see the outcome of your previous round after you log back into the portal, press the game history icon on the bottom toolbar.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
