I'm having a technical issue with my account. What information do I need to send?
In order to investigate technical issues in your account, please include the following information in your mail:
- Operating system (Windows 7 / Windows 8 ...)?
- Browser and version (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome ...)?
- Your internet provider?
- What Internet connection are you using (WiFi, Cable Modem …)
- Do you have a firewall installed? If yes, which one?
- Do you have the most recent version of Flash Player installed?
The more detailed your description of the problem, the better we will be able to help you:
- What exactly doesn’t work?
- What error messages do you receive and when?
If you send us a message via customer contact form, you can also directly upload a screenshot of the error message or problem you are facing.
